Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and personable Marketing Officer (Operational) to support our marketing efforts and drive referrals from healthcare professionals to our lab. This role focuses on day-to-day operational tasks to engage with doctors and clinics, promoting our services and building lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare providers to promote Krown Laboratory & Referral Center’s services and secure referrals.
2. Coordinate and schedule meetings and presentations with healthcare professionals to showcase our capabilities and benefits.
3. Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations, tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals.
4. Maintain a database of contacts and track interactions with healthcare professionals to ensure effective follow-up and relationship management.
5. Provide support to the marketing team in organizing events, seminars, and promotional activities aimed at healthcare professionals.
6. Collaborate with internal departments, including customer service and laboratory operations, to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure seamless service delivery.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing, healthcare administration, or related field is a plus.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with healthcare professionals.
3. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare, sales, or marketing.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
7. Presentable appearance and professional demeanor.
8. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
